Refund & Return Policy

At Shrim Organic & Herbals, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To request a return, please email us at
shrimorganicsandherbals@gmail.com
with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
Note: We do not accept returns for food items unless damaged or the wrong product was delivered, due to hygiene concerns.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Replacements
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we’re happy to send a replacement free of charge. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Dried fruits & vegetables (if opened)
- Grocery items (if opened or used)
- Personal care items (if used or opened)
